Often, it’s stress. First, rule out pain.
It isn’t spite. Cats need to feel in control of their territory: where they eat, sleep, watch and go to the toilet. When something about the box, the home, the other animals or the people around them feels wrong, many cats show it the only way they can. A puddle on the bed. Claws in the sofa. A swipe at the other cat. Hours under the bed.
Think of a glass of water. Every small thing that bothers your cat adds a little: a box that’s too small, a new sofa, the cat next door, a noisy morning. Your cat copes with each one, until the glass is full and the next small thing makes it spill over. What you see is the spill.
The Felina method: four phases, fourteen days

Rule out.
Check with your vet. The guide tells you what to mention, what to ask, and which signs mean “go today”.
Days 1–3
Read.
Understand the cause. Three days of watching and a line of notes: where, when, and what happened just before. You finish with the most likely reasons, in order.
Days 4–10
Reset.
Change the routine, one step a day, on the track for your cat’s problem: the box, the post, space, the hiding places. Each change gets time to show what it does.
Days 11–14
Review.
Adjust and keep going. Compare your notes with the first days, keep what helped, change what didn’t, and leave with a plan for the weeks after.

Where do Little Wins and the diffuser come in?
The guide is the method, and the changes you make at home are where things happen. So it’s all at hand, and it’s easier to keep going. Little Wins are treats and Felina Home is a plug-in diffuser: neither is a medicine, and neither replaces your vet.
It started suddenly. Should I begin here?
No, start with your vet. Sudden changes can have medical causes, including pain. Once those are ruled out, the guide helps you work on what’s happening at home.
My cat has more than one of these problems. Do I need more than one guide?
No: one guide covers all four, with a track for each. If you see more than one, the guide tells you where to start: safety first if anyone is getting hurt, then whatever your vet flags, then the problem that weighs most on your cat. Still unsure? Write to us: our team answers by email.
When do I get the guide?
Right after payment, by email: the PDF and Day 0, the vet check. From the next morning, one email a day for 14 days. If it isn’t right for you and your cat, you have 30 days to ask for your money back.
What if I change my mind?
In plain words. Money back on the guide: Try the guide for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it isn’t right for you and your cat, write to us and we refund you in full, even if you’ve started it. Withdrawal: EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For a guide, that right ends once it’s delivered: at checkout you ask for it to be delivered straight away, and you accept that the right of withdrawal ends when it is. Until then, you can still withdraw. For Little Wins, Felina Home and its refills, and each delivery of the method kit, you have 14 days from the day they arrive to withdraw, as EU law gives you, and we refund what you paid for them, with the standard delivery cost.
Can I cancel the method kit?
